Frozen acai puree and fruit puree

Frozen acai puree is the base of a good acai bowl: thick, deep purple and ready to blend straight from the freezer. We stock Nectar Fruits Organic Acai Puree in 100g single-serve packs, handy for one bowl at a time, and in 2.9kg packs for cafes and juice bars. Nectar Fruits also makes ready-to-scoop acai sorbets, Acai Guarana and Acai Banana, in 500g and 5kg tubs.

For smoothies, desserts and cocktails, Harvestime fruit purees cover mango (including Australian mango puree), raspberry, strawberry, passionfruit (seed in and seedless), guava and avocado, mostly in 1kg packs. They are consistent, ready to pour and much quicker than blending fresh fruit.
